VConnect 2.1.6 for Windows Azure Pack Now Available

What's New in VConnect 2.1.6?

1. Service Requests/Deployment Request:
   • Edit option for the failed deployments of the Service Requests in the tenant portal.
   • Edit and Upload file options included in the Deployment request details page for the tenants.
2. Backups:
   • Time Zone information would be displayed for the tenants in the Create backup schedule wizard.
3. Deployments and Operations:
   • Option to filter out the deployments based on the number of days in the Admin and Tenant portal.
   • Included Refresh button in the Operations tab in the Admin and Tenant portal.
4. VMware:
   • Datastore Hint displays the Connection Datastores as dropdown in the VM Templates in the admin portal.
   • Support for Power CLI 6.5 version.
   • Option for the Admin to migrate VMs from one subscription to another.
5. System Center:
   • Listing IP Pools from a VMM in the SPF VM creation wizard in the Tenant portal.
   • VMM PowerShell execution settings are configurable for the Admin in the connection wizard.
6. Others:
   • Plan setting page displays the quotas appropriately as per the features selected.
   • Usage metrics information would be stored in VConnect database.
   • Real time compute instances along with the configured values would be showed in the Virtual Machines tab in the Admin and Tenant portal.
