With Hybr Workspace, tenant admin can create a workspace with secured responsive desktop experience for users to utilize pre-provisioned virtual machines with pre-defined templates.

It contains few parameters like instance size, min & max VM count, usage & expiry duration, etc., as depicted in the below image. Tenant admin can invite users for portal access through email

If the pre-configured resource parameters/ usage limit is expired or exceeded, the VM will auto-shutdown.

To avoid that auto-shutdown process and seamlessly use VM, tenant admin must enable the resource duration/ limit extension option for users to make use of it as shown in the above image.

Authentication Configuration:

Tenant admin can set the authentication type and supported domains (gmail.com, outlook.com, etc.,) for the end-users to access the portal as shown in the above image.

Tenant admin gets a holistic view of all the created Workspaces, and they can publish any of the Workspaces right away from a single click as shown in the above image. Once after publishing the workspace, the configured VMs will start provisioning automatically.  

When Tenant admin adds users to a workspace, it will automatically send email notification to the user with the invitation code. Hybr tenant admin can customize this invite based on their specific needs.

User will get the above experience after logging in. It is kind of a dashboard view where they could see resource name, remaining duration, power status, allocation status, etc.,

By selecting the resource, the user will be directed to the above page where they can connect the pre-provisioned virtual machine

Using the login credentials, the user could log in and access the machine.  When you no longer needed a particular WorkSpace, you can easily delete it.
