In previous Tech Tuesday "VM - SPF migration to AWS and discovery in HYBR" we uncovered the available configurations to establish a connection for tenant users by which they can purchase Microsoft products and know more about adding the admin CSP account with or without Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) enabled account.

This Tech Tuesday is all about onboarding CSP Tenant customers into HYBR via Admin Portal. Once the Cloud Service Provider (CSP) account is set all the available CSP accounts will be listed in the Cloud Service screen. In Cloud Service screen with the available CSP accounts choose any available account which must be mapped with Hybr Tenant. There are two methods to connects the customers to Hybr tenant portal.

  1. Map with the new tenant.
  2. Map with the existing tenant.

Map with the new tenant is initiated by creating a new Hybr tenant company and map with the new tenant or map the selected CSP tenant to the existing Hybr tenant company.

Learn how Cloud Assert can build an effective Hybrid Cloud Platform

Cloud Assert's Software Engineer Mr. Aswin briefs the process for how to map the CSP account to the existing tenant company. Once we select the map with the existing tenant, we will find tenant company dropdown listings where we can find the list of companies and choose the required one. Once the request is sent admin can view the request in the customer profile. In this customer profile page, it allows the admin user to view, reject or delete the sent request.
