Previously in Tech Tuesday #09 "Onboarding CSP Tenant customers into HYBR via Admin Portal" we discussed about on onboarding CSP Tenant customers into HYBR via Admin Portal and Cloud service module. There are two methods to connects the customers to Hybr tenant portal.

  1. Map with the new tenant.
  2. Map with the existing tenant.

In this session let's discuss how to map a CSP tenant from a tenant company. In the Tenant portal, cloud services as its seen no tenant company is mapped. There are two options for creating a customer profile.

  1. Create a customer profile
  2. Add existing customer profile

If you choose to Add an existing customer profile - In the wizard add customer profile id which is the valid Microsoft CSP Tenant which must be added for the request. Once the request is sent to the admin for the approval admin can review or reject the request. For creating a new customer profile add the necessary information in CSP customer profile wizard. City, State, Country, and postal code should match the Microsoft standard codes available. Once a new customer profile is created in the tenant portal the request notification will be sent to the admin for approval. Admin can review or reject the request.
