Previously on Tech Tuesday #10 we learned about how to map a CSP tenant from a tenant company. In the Tenant portal, cloud services as its seen no tenant company is mapped and options for creating a customer profile with options such as

  • Create a customer profile
  • Add existing customer profile

In this Tech Tuesday, Ms. Indhumathi a Software Engineer in Cloud Assert will brief us about how to Purchase & Manage CSP offers via HYBR. Once the HYBR tenant portal is mapped with a valid CSP customer, in the cloud service offers under the Service Catalog module will pull in all the available offers for the mapped tenant. This will allow the tenant to purchase the offer which will be suitable for them.

After selecting the required offer the tenant user must give the number of licenses and submit it for further approval. Now the tenant can track the status of the submitted request in the notification column. If the offer is successfully approved the tenant can view their CSP offers in the subscription tab.

In the subscription tab, the tenant can view their status and license quantity. This also allows the tenant to add or remove the number of licenses. She also briefs how to purchase the CSP offers with Add-ons through HYBR. In Offers select add-ons and enter the license quantity. In the Purchase add-on wizard, add-ons that are associated with the selected offer will be visible. In this wizard provide the required quantity for the purchase associated with this offer and submit for further approval. The tenant can check the status in the notification tab. Once the request is updated all the details can be viewed under the subscription tab.
